Justice Program
Holding Regime Officials, Clerics, Basij and Guards Accountable
It is a long-term process to bring members of the regime to justice in international courts. In discussion with the Iranian community, there is invested interest to press charges against individual officials and clerics responsible for the atrocities. Most Iranians are not interested in suing any corporation or organization for extended liability. Many Iranians are not interested in pursuing the death sentence and instead consider lifetime sentences with in-house community service.
As is being discussed, the top priority is to liberate the Iranian people from repeated horrific crimes against citizens, and restore justice to a secular democratic Iran.
