Lt. Col., Lt. Fred Conley, Jr., JD (Ret.), Vice President, Boston, Massachusetts
Lt. Fred Conley, Jr., JD is a retired Lieutenant of the Boston Police Department, having served 33 years to public safety in the city, with rookie years in neighboring suburbs. Lt. Conley is also a veteran of the US Army, who voluntarily served the country in Viet Nam. While in law enforcement, Lt. Conley maintained his commitment to the military by being in the US Army Reserves, building ranks as a Lieutenent Colonel before retiring. In 2000, Lt. Conley earned a Juris Doctorate of Law in Massachusetts. Lt. Conley has exhibited voluntary committment to ABS Community Research, Inc since 2002 in advance of board membership as Vice President. His balanced expertise in public safety and military has provided encouraging support to ABS's initiatives in criminal justice, victim protections, and concerns for the people of Iran. Lt. Conley maintains a conservative stance, and ABS Community Research, Inc is grateful for his continued presence.
Ekaterina Egorova, PhD

Dr. Katya Egorova is a political psychologist with an international background in political consulting and leadership in academic institutions. Dr. Egorova obtained her PhD in Social Psychology from the Institute of Psychology, and Doctorate of Political Science at the USA and Canadian Studies Institute at the Academy of Science in Moscow. Dr. Egorova was a researcher at the Academy between doctorates, innovating political psychoanalytical methods, profiling political leaders, lecturing, and authoring articles and books. After her second doctorate, Mrs. Egorova became head of the Political Psychology department at the Academy, continuing advancements in political psychology, researching, lecturing and authoring. Dr. Egorova has participated with high-profiled institutions including Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and John D. & Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation. She has consulted on foreign election campaigns including in UK, Poland, Georgia, Japan, South Korea, Kazakhstan, Colombia, Venezuela. Dr. Egorova has won a number of awards for her contributions to public relations, and is President of Niccolo M based in Bethesda, Maryland.
